Rekha Justin One of the best experiences we had on New year Day Jan 1 2025.Girls at this store (Lovisa 2 near Kmart)were amazing, lovely and guided us so well.our purchase was so well done. We went as a group of 10 for ear piercing all cousins and friends. The lovely girl who did the piercing went above and beyond in making precision marking and piercing and making sure to have a smiley face and accomodate all of us! Both girls stayed way over store closing time to complete 10 sets of ear piercings. Very professional! Just as an appreciation I gave a small gift for them staying back for over an hour after store closing time to complete all 10 of us. Thankyou and will highly recommend.After a long time am seeing great customer service.

Jo Had a slight issue with my engagement ring that I have had since August. Went in and spoke Taylah. Her professional approach in solving the problem was of one of the highest standards of customer service I have ever received. We had a slight hiccup with another store but as Taylah is such a super star she sorted everything out. Because of her service I bought my wedding ring also. The 5 stars are solely for Taylah, it’s a shame so of the other staff can’t take a leaf out of her book. So if you want high customer service ask for Taylah she will look after you. Jon Midwinter As a non piercings guy dad I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The level of care and professionalism shown by Nyx at the tuggerah store (13 Sept) was exceptional and I was highly impressed. I had no idea there was so much thought behind getting piercings.

Abhy Lingam Made a custom ring at a very reasonable prices. Advised us on sizing and material and really was helpful in getting a quality finished product we were really happy with. Also was able to help us out on a tight timeline. Amazing service!

Lizzie Smith Magnificent selection of trinkets and delights from local artisans. Created the overall effect of a gallery of goodies you can touch. Well displayed stock and knowledgeable staff. Ideal for gift giving, better souvenirs and supporting local artists. Only problem was the invasive smell from next door restaurant.
