1 /5 William James: Bought my wife her Xmas present from here, after wearing it on two occasions a claw had broke off and her stone fell out, she asked the jeweller if he could fix it but he didn’t want to know her, asked her to leave. She went to another jeweller in the same centre who felt so bad for her, and said yes even the claws that remain it’s evident that they are weak and poor craftsmanship, he offered to fix it for less then $100, whilst the original jeweller from dove told her to go to consumer affairs, didn’t offer to fix it at a cost or perhaps split the cost, as his poor craftsmanship along with my wife potentially catching her ring on something somewhere caused this to occur. Really unhappy with the customer service displayed and disrespect to my poor wife, I’ll be making sure none of my friends and family Ever shop here again.
