This is a genuine review from a bride who was completely mistreated by this jeweller. I would never recommend them, especially when buying alameh (bridal gold).
At first, they act overly nice and caring to lure you in and to gain your trust. But as soon as they take your deposit, it’s all lies, excuses, and being ignored. My order was promised to be ready in 10 days, I even gave them almost a full extra week. By this point, my kk was just around the corner, yet they still hadn’t done a thing. I called, messaged on Instagram, and even tried contacting the owner Adnan directly. I was left literally chasing after them non stop. He would ignore me, decline my calls, or brush me off. At one point he said, “I’ll check your order after this customer” and then ignored me again.
When we went into the store in person, they all buckled because they hadn’t even started my gold. Imagine being a bride and going through that days before your event. They scrambled, whispering and making calls, but it was obvious they were unprepared and careless. Instead of taking responsibility, they made rude remarks about how “little” we were spending (over $10,000) and treated us like we were nothing.
They kept telling us to come back in 40 minutes, then an hour, then another hour. My sister and I wasted the entire day from 10am until closing, going back and forth, waiting for lies. At one point they said the gold was “too heavy” compared to the order and told us if we didn’t like it, we could just leave it and take our money back. To say that to a bride two days before her kk is beyond disgusting. In the end, they refused to let us leave until we paid more than originally agreed.
Their staff were also shockingly rude. A male worker brushed my sister off with a hand gesture and walked away. The lady working there argued with multiple customers in front of us, and even whispered to a co-worker (loud enough for me to hear), “If you don’t like it, just leave the gold.” I can’t believe the audacity they have to even say that. For people who are supposed to be in a service based business, they are arrogant, disrespectful, and greedy.
By closing time, I was so stressed I had a panic attack. After everything…broken promises, lies, disrespect, and wasting my time and money we finally left with my gold, but the entire experience was traumatic. They even changed a clasp on their own without asking me, creating another unnecessary issue.
This jeweller does not care about brides, customer service, or honouring their word. They only care about squeezing as much money as possible. If you want peace of mind and to be treated with respect, go elsewhere even if it costs more !!! I will never return, and I strongly warn anyone, especially brides, to stay away.
