I had no experience with jewellery before now, but Gavin did a great job bringing his expertise to guide us through the process, work out what we wanted and crafted an amazing ring and matching earrings for us. It turned out even better that I expected, and my partner was very happy with the result too! I definitely would recommend.

5 /5 Samuel Chant: When the time came to organise a custom engagement ring for my partner, I found Gavins website and socials. His work stood out from the crowd and I knew he was the man for the job. From the start, Gavin was incredibly caring about who my partner was, asking questions about her personality, her job, hobbies, clothing style, house design and decoration. Things I hadnt even considered. Little did I know these were all key indicators for his design. Gavin sourced options for our sapphire and explained what cut, colour and size would work best. How best to set it, what will work best for daily wear. Gavin was prompt with the first sketches and followed up with more detailed designs, making sure the ring will be both stunning yet durable and comfortable. After the big question, Gavin organised a follow-up consultation with my fiancee to double check sizing, go over maintenance and best care practises and make sure she was happy with the final product. The amount of genuine care Gavin has for his clients makes the process feel like a journey and a friendship, never a transaction. I could not recommend his work highly enough. A true master of his craft.
