The treatments, especially the hydrafacial, have incredible results and the waxing is always fast and gentle. I can always trust the team to look after my sensitive skin and to advise me on the best treatments and skin maintenance for my specific needs. They helped me work out a plan for facials prior to my wedding and my skin has never looked better, thanks to them. The team is reliable, trustworthy, lovely and so talented.

Jenna Duncker Staff was lovely and nice, but seemed very inexperienced in the services I received. Lash lift was not done properly and resulted in very awkwardly curled lashes (including bottom lashes, because she did not protect them from the perm and they got stuck to the top lashes). Wouldnt recommend for that particular service, but cant speak to the many other services they offer!

Jessica Graham This salon is by far and away the best beauty services in Cammeray and lower North shore in general. I have been going to body essentials for over 5 years , every week and I would not go anywhere else. Valeria is the most amazing technician, she can do it all! Eyebrow waxes, facials, you name it - most especially she is the queen of spray tans ! All the ladies are absolutely delightful, Frances, Laurie etc but Vale is my fave! If you want high quality, best service, look no further!

Imogen Franklin I love having Christmas themed nails and the lovely team at Cascada absolutely nailed it (no pun intended). I showed the nail tech a photo of what I wanted and she got it spot on. The whole service was thorough and professional, they even stayed late to get it perfect with no extra charge. I have gotten SO many compliments on my nails and I love them so much. I’ve had them on for nearly 3 weeks and there’s no chipping or breakage. Very happy, will be back soon for my next set.

Tracey Barnes The team at Cascada are so good ! Their nail service is exceptional as they are perfectionists. They are also very lovely people. Economic and efficient. Highly recommend.

Alyson Curien Really disappointed. She did a quick and messy job. She made me paid $10 extra because I didn’t do the previous sns at their salon. And after only a couple of days you can really see that the nails have different shapes and the finitions are terrible.

Would definitely go back if I lived here but I am only here for a few days from Brisbane. Will be trying to drop in for a pedicure, time allowing. Thank you girls. Pip Dracakis Terrible experience- second time in a row. I used to come here a lot when it was Jasmine Nails and never had an issue, but since the change of hands, sad to say, I’ve walked away so disappointed and infuriated. 3 hours for an SNS nails appointment where the trainee who was incompetent needed her colleague to finish the job. She tried her best to fix it, but the product was applied so unevenly and so thick, the cuticles still messy and the finish grainy. Why are your trainees learning on customers? The new owner or manager needs to revise her business model. It’s unfair putting your staff in this position. She felt stressed and bad that she didn’t know how to complete the job. I’m sorry I won’t be coming back.
