Priya Subbu I had an extremely disappointing experience at Ruby Room Hornsby. From the moment I arrived, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. My consultant, Riley, was unfriendly and showed no interest in making me feel comfortable. Worse, she openly discussed my skin concerns in the reception area, which was completely unprofessional and a violation of my privacy.
The facial itself was underwhelming—I didn’t feel relaxed at all, and Riley seemed disinterested throughout. Ive had facials in Mecca and the consultants there explain and discuss each product they use and they also thoroughly examine my skin before suggesting a treatment. To top it off, I was charged $140 (only reason I booked was they sent me a $25birthday voucher)without being given any post-care instructions. Instead, I received a message much later,( at 1:49pm) long after my appointment had ended.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. I previously had a waxing service with Jane, and she was also very unfriendly!. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority at Ruby Room
Overall, this was one of the worst facial experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend Ruby Room to anyone looking for professional, respectful and most important of all FRIENDLY service. You go to have a beauty treatment done to relax!
