1 /5 T E: Beware. I was sold 18ct gold jewellery, some of which was 9ct gold. I also had my jewellery reappraised and the sapphires I was sold and set in expensive rings were valueless. This was NOT disclosed to me and NOT what I paid for. They refused to do anything about it.

His prices are reasonable and he offers genuine advice about what is best for the individual making each of his pieces unique and personalised. 5 /5 Catherine Moore: Absolutely over the moon with the service and quality of work, my engagement ring is something so unique and special, De Klerk made a very difficult job possible and I now have a ring that consists of my Grandmothers engagement ring, wedding band and the sapphires from her eternity ring (which were very difficult to make work since the sizes were not quite right to incorporate easily) all in one stunning ring, and I can carry her memory with me. Thankyou so much for taking on the challenge and making it work !!

5 /5 Margaret Armstrong: Nick was just so kind and helpful. I lost my engagement ring that I had for 50 years and he designed and made a beautiful replacement ring that blew me away. He did it all under budget and it is just beautiful. Just what I wanted and beautifully made. Much admired by many. It incorporates my mother- in- laws diamond with two new diamonds on either side. He even used the gold band off her ring to make a little keeper ring to use in the winter so it wont fall off like my original did when my fingers shrink in the cold weather. It is different from my other ring which I was not trying to copy as it was very special to me but more on the lines of an eternity ring which i will pass onto my daughter who will pass it onto her daughter. Very special.

Kimi singh Elaine is so lovely , I initially dealt with Ana ,she was amazing as well ,but I went to pick one of the rings and was greeted by Elaine . This diamond ring was just to make myself feel better during a very tough phase of my mental health and life . I went to collect the ring and just wanted to pair it with another one . I have never made such a purchase for myself and this was the first time . Having a conversation with Elaine felt like an elder sister convo , I don’t have family here and it rare when someone is so warm and loving and passionate about their Job . I just wanted to buy another ring for the way I was dealt with . Such a beautiful human being and very professional with her work and communication. All 5 stars to her . This store people are really amazing and very transparent with the policies. Can’t wait to pick up my other ring soon . I feel like a goddess after this diamond ring .
