1 /5 Alexis Susanto: Absolutely disgusting customer service from Pandora staff, especially Isabella.
I am shocked and incredibly disappointed by the way I was treated at Pandora, particularly by a staff member named Isabella. I came in calmly and politely to ask if I could get a refund, as I was referred by Pandora staff to an external engraving service that completely ruined the product. Rather than helping or showing any basic professionalism, Isabella was blatantly rude and dismissive. She arrogantly told me, "Its not Pandoras responsibility", even though Pandora was the one who referred me to that place in the first place.
To make matters worse, she actually said to me: “It’s not like there was a gun to your head when our Pandora worker told you to go there.”
I was stunned. That kind of comment is unbelievably unprofessional and offensive.
And when we tried to calmly explain our side, she escalated the situation by calling security and falsely claiming that we were yelling at her when in fact, we were just trying to speak to someone reasonable. She outright refused to give us her name in the rudest tone possible, clearly because she knew she was in the wrong and didn’t want to be held accountable.
If this is the kind of treatment customers can expect from Pandora staff, I’ll no longer shop here, and will advise everyone I know to do the same. Absolutely disgraceful. Everyone who is planning to shop at Pandora Chatswood, please be wary of their staff, Isabella.
