Sally Williams Terrible experience - no communication. Had our (expensive) engagement rings dropped on a Saturday and told we would get a quote… 5 days later still nothing. Mind you this was just for two rings to be resized by a size down! Very disappointing when you have left expensive and meaningful jewellery with them. When I called at opening hours, no answer. When I told them I was going to go to another jeweller, no explanation or rectifying the lack of communication. No experience with their work as we never heard back!!!
