Amy K Went to the shop to pick up my online order. Arrived at the shop around 3:55pm 30 DEC 2022 and saw the sign saying be back at 4:20pm. Actually there was one staff in the shop. After a few moments later, the other staff returned. She served me while being on the phone with other customer, also looking for the other iPad, Then we waited for the page to load so I could sign. I hope they can plan better with their staff during holiday period.

Jemma Cavallaro I was taken care of by Isabella at Lovisa, Warringah for multiple ear piercings. I had two piercings performed in my helix and cartilage area by Isabella, she was so kind and gentle with my ears during the process, and she has a really lovely nature. Following this, I had to return about two months later, as some of my piercings became really sore and infected, with hair caught around them after I had been swimming in a highly chlorinated pool on my Thailand holiday, which seemed to really aggravate them, and disturb the healing process. Isabella was more than happy to assess my piercings, and provide the best solution to fix the issue, and relieve the discomfort and pain from my ears. She helped me to find the best flat back earrings, to be swopped out with my current earrings that were capturing alot of my hair. Isabella was so kind throughout the whole process, pre-spraying and being as gentle and patient as she could to replace the earrings, and I felt relief straight away. I will definitely be returning to Lovisa at Brookvale, and especially to interact with Isabella - she is so wonderful, goes above and beyond & and genuinely cares. Thank you so much! :)

Fiona Stuart Cheap bad quality sleeper earrings, not even a year old and they fell apart. No exchange even with a receipt. I have previously had sleeper earrings last for 25 years and lost them, they were extremely good quality and not from Michael Hill jewellers.

They used single-use tools, which made the entire process feel very clean and safe. I got piercing on last Saturday afternoon. The piercing itself wasn’t as painful as I imagined; it felt more like getting a vaccination shot. After the procedure, the staff carefully explained all the steps for aftercare, making sure I knew exactly what to do for a smooth recovery. This is such a fantastic and professional place—I highly recommend it!

Sarah Garland I took my 12 year old to get her ears pierced here. The piercing went fine but 4 weeks later her ears became terribly infected from the piercings sinking into the lobes. Took her back to the store immediately but turns out they open at 10am on Saturdays not 9am. Took her to Skin Kandy who took one look at them and said the wrong sized bar had been used - a larger stud should have been pierced. I then had to take her up to the hospital to have them removed under local anaesthetic. It all made for a very disappointing and painful experience for my daughter.
