5 /5 Crystina Rea: Belinda was amazing! Very professional, kind and approachable. She answered a million questions we had for her regarding our piercings. She also pierced my nieces ears (age 9) and it went really well. Highly recommend her and the brand Mezi!

1 /5 Sarah Garland: I took my 12 year old to get her ears pierced here. The piercing went fine but 4 weeks later her ears became terribly infected from the piercings sinking into the lobes. Took her back to the store immediately but turns out they open at 10am on Saturdays not 9am. Took her to Skin Kandy who took one look at them and said the wrong sized bar had been used - a larger stud should have been pierced. I then had to take her up to the hospital to have them removed under local anaesthetic. It all made for a very disappointing and painful experience for my daughter.
