You can truly feel the quality and love that goes into every design. Unfortunately, the earrings I ordered for my wife were a little small for her and there was a stone missing. Honestly, I expected to be given a hard time — especially since their policy clearly states that earrings are not accepted for return. But surprisingly, that wasn’t the case at all. They accepted the return without question and I received a prompt refund. Hanna was amazing throughout the whole process. Customer service in general feels like a lost art these days, but when you come across someone with a positive, helpful, and kind attitude, it really transforms the whole experience — even if it starts off a bit negative. Positive vibes and kind energy is how you get people to remember you. I would definitely refer others to Luna Rae purely based on my experience.
