1 /5 Fiona Stuart: Cheap bad quality sleeper earrings, not even a year old and they fell apart. No exchange even with a receipt. I have previously had sleeper earrings last for 25 years and lost them, they were extremely good quality and not from Michael Hill jewellers.

She took care of my partner and me, helping us find exactly what we were looking for. I cannot recommend her enough. Marina, the manager, is also amazing!!! I love this shop and will definitely be back.

1 /5 Mia Chaffer: Every time I attend this store the staff seem like they would rather be somewhere else. Even when there are no other customers in the store they make you stand there and wait while they finish a chat with each other. Then when they finally speak to you, they have poor customer service and rude. I would rather drive to a completely different Michael Hill in another suburb then go to this store.
