5 /5 katherine wong: This is one of my favourite jewellery shop. They have pretty designs and provide gold jewellery that I was used to seeing in Asia. Momo, one of their staff member, has been the friendliest and most helpful when I was trying to determine which colour of string I should choose for my bracelet. She ordered the pink I requested, while also trying to search and order the maroon red string I like (according to Momo, that bracelet came braided and they may not be able to get the same colour string individually). Needless to say, the pink wasn’t what I imagined and we ended up going for the red. I often drop in to check out their new stock, Momo and her colleague never tire of letting me try new things without buying. All in all, their service is excellent, designs are beautiful, and I often bring friends along when they look to buy jewellery.

1 /5 Susan Peatey: I went to Martha Jewellery today to inquire about the price of a ring in the window. There were two ladies serving clients so I waited. The wait was considerable but they were both occupied, but I would have thought that someone could at least have approached and apologised for the wait at some point. Twenty-five minutes later and one of the employees was available but, instead of attending to me, served a woman who had come in a very long time after I had arrived! I honestly couldn’t believe it. Service is definitely NOT a priority. Not impressed and will not be returning any time soon.
