I brought in a ring to be resized, patiently waiting for three weeks only to find out they had completely mishandled it. Instead of resizing it, they somehow managed to break and even burn the ring.
Their response was shocking and insensitive. They flippantly remarked that fixing their mistake was like bringing someone back from the dead, showing a complete lack of accountability or concern for their error.
To make matters worse, they tried to brush off their negligence by offering me a minimal amount of money for the ruined ring. They then suggested I use that money towards purchasing a new, more expensive ring from their store, expecting me to foot the bill for their incompetence.
Overall, Spring Jewellery demonstrated a total disregard for customer satisfaction and responsibility. Their careless handling of my ring and dismissive attitude towards their mistake left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before trusting this shop with their jewelry needs.
