Adele Parli What a fantastic team! I saw Josephine for a check up and clean, I usually have a lot of anxiety around the dentist but she was fantastic and made me feel at ease immediately. Everyone was friendly and attentive, the clinic was clean and inviting and the TVs on the ceiling are a really nice addition. There is plenty of parking nearby too which is a nice bonus. Mark Marky Now if I’d had known my teeth would look like they did after finishing my Invisalign I wouldn’t had and still paying off $7500 i would’ve went elsewhere and done something else! Yes they were great leading towards the end of my journey and I did sign off and yes I still wear the retainers but I look at them everyday and wish I hadn’t spent this amount of money and could’ve done something else, isn’t hindsight a great thing? My child can be a bit nervous at the dentist, but she made the whole experience calm and even fun. Truc Doan I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to this dental clinic. I went in for a routine cleaning, expecting a thorough job, but the whole appointment felt rushed. The dentist barely spent 10 minutes on the cleaning, and it felt more like a quick once-over than an actual professional service. Right after the session, I was told I needed to schedule for a “deep cleaning” and book another appointment. It felt like they just wanted to get me in and out quickly, only to upsell me on more expensive treatments. Why don’t they just do the deep clean service instead of a general clean service. I left feeling like I wasted my time and money.

Maria I rang this clinic because my dentist sent me the they don’t have specialist and they always have their money specially the receptionist. She didn’t even let me open my mouth to explain. She was very hurry to give me an appointment and tell me how much it will cost for the consultation. Two days later. I did a research on the Internet and the reviews are very bad and I have a few questions she couldn’t even answer this clinic.

Reventon I have nothing but high praise for Dr Jill Ong. She is the kindest and most caring practitioner I have ever met. Not once did I ever feel rushed during a consultation and my questions were always answered with humility and patience. I was referred to her after seeing two other facial specialists as well as 3 general dentists for longstanding jaw and facial pain. They suspected I had issues with my gums but after seeing Jill she immediately found the root cause of the problem. Before this I suffered for 7 months in agonizing pain with no real answers. I can now finally rest easy knowing I am on the road to recovery and mostly pain free after receiving treatment from Jill. Words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am. You saved me Jill ❤️ I look forward to seeing you again for my next stage of treatment.

Graham Dr Mark Johnstone is a professional, trustworthy expert in his field. He could have easily recommended a treatment he would have carried out, but instead sent me down another treatment path which was a better option for me. He also has an excellent chairside manner. The front desk staff were also superb. I have also undergone dental surgery performed by Dr Alice Huynh. She has carried out superb work, is an expert, and has an excellent manner and quickly responded to my follow up questions.
