karen sandoval I have been here 3 times now and every encounter has always been wonderful. Today I had Tanya she was so detailed and took her time to ensure that I was happy every step of the way. We had a beautiful conversation while she worked on my nails and even though they were busy she did not rush me. I’ve read reviews of people being rude but I think it’s also how you approach the person that is how you are received. People nowadays are impatient and expect fast results but still wanting perfection. These women work very hard and are skilled at what they do. I’m very happy with the staff and plan on returning for a fourth time.

Katie Laczko I went in last week to get a lash lift and tint. They had several staff and only a few clients so I thought I was lucky to come past at a good time. First thing I noticed is that the beautician only came to add product and then left again, at other salons Ive had head massages, some chats, was checked on more than every ten minutes. When I walked out, my friend said uh.. your lashes look wonky. I just assumed it was from the quick brush at the end but nope - on my right eye, the inner thirds of my lashes arent lifted, theyve been pushed horizontally. Some of my other lashes are crooked, one is in a swirl like a pube. My lashes have never looked worse, they looked better straight. I dont recommend their service.

Sophia I recently visited this nail salon, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The nail technician was extremely unprofessional throughout my appointment. It felt like they didnt pay attention to me as a client, and I was left feeling ignored. To make matters worse, they kept speaking in their foreign language with the other workers, which made me uncomfortable and gave the impression that they weren’t focused on me at all. Not only was the communication poor, but the technician actually cut my cuticles, which was incredibly painful. I don’t mind getting my nails done by someone experienced, but I would much rather have a younger, more attentive technician who knows how to engage with their clients and treats them with respect. This older technician was rude, and I won’t be coming back.

Amar Jot Hana and lily did a great job on our nails. Me and my friend are here to get mani pedi and we are so satisfied with services. As I have sensitive skin around cuticles and Hana was so careful while she was cutting extra skin. Thanks girls we will see you again.

Nicole Steele I have been here for acrylic nails 4 or 5 times and SNS once. Absolutely loved my nails every time always do a great job. There was one girl who did my nails a bit thick and chunky at first but I mentioned it and she filed them down nicely to look really nice and natural. Have tried a few other places but always come back here as do a great job

Ritzy G Used to be good The last 2 times Ive been Ive told them not to make my eyebrows thin because Ive been growing them out since an amature basically took them all off 6 months ago and they keep thinning them out. The kid staff were great but same ladies havent been there since last year. Prices went up twice this year and quality went down. Wont be back.

Rose Rangi Went in to get Brazilian done for the first time in this studio and it was the worst experience ever. I feel like the beautician that did the service had no experience whatsoever in Brazilian waxing. It was hard for her to rip the wax off which made me flinch almost everytime she tried to pull. This made things more painful for me although I’ve had it done almost 10+ times in the past by a professional waxer it didn’t feel the same. Very terrible service and felt like it was rushed and she just wanted it over and done with. Not worth $55 at all and I’m glad to say I will never return to this place ever again. The beauty and brow inside Fountain gate is the store !! DO NOT GO HERE FOR BRAZILIAN !!
