Dee Gligorevic Quality of this place is really bad. The shape of my nails was ridiculous, all of my nails are a different shape. The nail tech kept hurting me with the filing machine and the cut off my cuticles too much that it hurt. The colour was ok but also over my skin not just the nail and the shape is so bad that the overall product just looks average. Also this place is more expensive than most and is by far the worst quality.
Wouldnt recommend.

Elena Xia One of the worst nail salons in Melbourne. I can hardly be bothered to write a review, but this place is so bad I really felt I need to let everyone know. The lady who did my nails was very rough, and her technic extremely average. The cleanliness of the place is also a big worry, with nail dust left behind from the previous client not even cleaned before they started doing my nails. This is not to mention and towels they didn’t change, and where a new towel was used, how tattered it was. Colour was not even, and sns didn’t even last a week before it started to chip away. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Harley Nguyen I don’t have appointments just walk in, the staff so friendly and they ask me for water and tea. The best service ever seen. The job perfectly the girls she’s very take time to get the job done.

Ruth Murdey Based on previous reviews it seems like this place has improved a lot - my nail tech spent a long time making sure my nails were perfect, and they ended up looking beautiful! However, she was texting when she sat to do my nails and made 2 calls during my appointment.
They also have a promotion, $5 off for a review - I scanned their QR code, and my tech showed me where to post the review by doing it for me, and hitting 5 stars on my phone, which I thought was a bit intrusive, especially given it was only 15 minutes into the appointment. A little ways to go to be a 5 star salon I think.

Indika Tennakoon I took my daughter here to get her nails done and we were spoken to by 3 different staff as we walked in. Two different staff ended up actually doing the nails. We were asked what base colour we wanted and we had said nude. However with 3 different ppl being involved they ended up putting a pink base with the blue tips my daughter chose. Mary who did the sns colours said she can fix it and up applying a nude nail polish on top of the sns and the blue tips turned to an ugly blue which she then applied on a blue nail polish as a fix. So after paying $80 for sns nails we were sent home with nail polish finish. I asked Mary to fix this and we had already spend 1.5 hours there and couldn’t stay back so she offered to come on another day to get it fixed. She then calls me around 9pm same day to say she can’t allow us having the nails for 2 weeks as our appointment to get it fixed was in 2 weeks. Tells us that we hv to come in the next few days or offer us a credit for some part. But the manager will call me to discuss. To date no manager has called me even after me calling multiple times to get my money back.
Terrible service and rude staff. Will never go back. I need my money back so I can take my daughter somewhere more professional.

If you are running a business learn to respect your customers and do the right thing by them. They are not dum to not understand the mistakes your staff do. I will take this further if these are not fixed when we come to the appointment in 2 weeks. My daughter is only 13 years old and you a were trying to deceive a minor.
