Lori Kemp I probably wouldn’t go back here. My experience was the hairdresser was nice but just talked at me for an hour and my hair looked not good if I’m being really honest. It wasn’t a big deal because it was just a trim and a blow wave which she convinced me to use the mermaid wand. I looked like a 10 year old but didn’t have the energy at the time to complain or ask for a re do. For the money it wasn’t worth it unfortunately.

Maddie Washington I recently had a very disappointing experience at this salon, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to warn others. I went in excited for a fresh haircut, but what I received was far from what I expected. From the start, the atmosphere felt chaotic. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed, and it took a while for someone to attend to me. Once I was seated, the stylist barely glanced at my hair before starting. I tried to explain what I wanted, specifically a simple trim and some layering, but I could tell she wasn’t really listening. As she cut, I noticed she was moving quickly and not paying attention to the details. When she finished, I looked in the mirror and was shocked to see that my haircut was completely uneven. One side was several inches longer than the other, and the layers looked choppy rather than blended. I pointed out the discrepancies, hoping they would take my concerns seriously, but the stylist just snipped a bit here and there without addressing the main issue. To make matters worse, the salon was noisy and disorganized. Other clients seemed unhappy as well, which only added to my frustration. I felt like just another number rather than a valued customer. After spending quite a bit of money, I left the salon feeling embarrassed and dissatisfied. I had to go home and try to fix the cut myself, which is never what you want to do after a salon visit. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service or a decent haircut. It’s a shame because I had high hopes, but I will definitely be seeking a more reliable salon in the future.

The appointment was never rushed and I really felt like he listened to everything I said I wanted and helped guide me to make decisions that I was unsure about. Nav S Can’t thank Ellen enough for bringing my scalp back to health and lovely hair color. I was recommended Kevin Murphy due to my sensitive skin by her and my god I haven’t looked back since. Plus the results I got after my last 2 appointments are amazing. She didn’t rush into anything and patiently listened to my needs giving me options and guiding throughout. Though I was a bit nervous from goin foils to full hair color for my dark hair but I knew I was in good hands coz of the trust we have built over time. Amazing consult and amazing results! Catherine Tech was really gentle and quick with the nail drill. Very impressive. Final shape could have been improved. Asked for coffin and some nails are wonky. But overall good set. See left thumb

tiffany wong Take off my sns nails over here and putting on gel nails. An old lady do it for me and asked if i wanted to have manicure as well, i say yes of course because my sns is make few weeks ago, might need some tidy up on my nails. I regret alot for making this decision of manicure as she hurt my 4 fingers with blood, as shes cutting the dead skin but is actually my real skin. And all this cost me 50 bucks. So disappointed,and definitely wont come back anymore.

Kathleen Fagan terrible service. During the middle of my manicure, a worker pulled out her phone, tapped my worker and they both looked at the phone and laughed for a solid minute. It was like me and my friend didnt exist, they just ignored us the whole time and spoke between themselves in a foreign language. To make it worse, the website clearly states $25 for manicure with nail polish, and the price was confirmed over email. Yet when they charged my friend and I they charged $30. We both went back to question them and show them the email confirmation and the website for proof, but they just went on with some random excuse that basically made no sense. The service itself was also terrible. Within the first half an hour of getting my nails done they were chipped. This was not because of being careless, in fact I was taking fantastic care of them. But if their nail services were any good then my nails would not have chipped. All in all, terrible service, bad staff, do not recommend ever going there.
