Narelle was friendly, helpful and was able to come up with a design that I immediately liked, the stone was removed as sadly it turned out to be glass! As simple as the design is, its still elegant and a great stacking ring. She very honest and reasonable on price. I would easily go back to Empire again.

She made us both feel comfortable with our decisions and it never felt like a pressured sale. Also, if they have the right setting at the store, they can set your diamond within an hour! Tracey La A few weeks ago, I was served by the owners daughter, and I have to be honest... She has NO CUSTOMER skills at all, very arrogant and rude. I was very very SURPRISED Kim Trang Jewellery still can service until today. If I spend thousands $$$ to buy a piece of jewellery, I definitely not come to this shop because my experience tell me that...they dont appreciate their clientele. It seems like their customers need them more than they need their customers.
