She made us both feel comfortable with our decisions and it never felt like a pressured sale. Also, if they have the right setting at the store, they can set your diamond within an hour! Very good service and highly recommended

The customer service was exceptional and wasnt pushy at all like some of the other jewellery stores. My partner and I had a lot of fun learning about all different cuts, carat and quality of diamonds. 5 /5 Ngoc Vy Dang: Got my fiances wedding band and jewellery for my wedding at CT Jewellery. Chantelle and Mai Ling were fantastic, they showed us their stock and were kind enough to let us browse instead of watching us like a hawk and pushing for a sale. For the wedding band, CT Jewellery quoted us 50% less than other stores. I could not fault their customer service and would happily return to their store. Thanks Chantelle and Mai Ling!
