5 /5 Lia A: I had a problem with sizing and missing an engravement and although it took time to send my order back and get it again, their customer service email was really helpful and understanding. There was also an issue with posting not arriving, which wasnt their fault but the post office, and finerrings was very understanding. Just be aware if this happens to you to give it time as the process isnt fast but at least you get your correct jewellery.

They quickly returned my email, were polite, helpful, and sorted the issue out right away. Fantastic customer service. Can’t fault them. She sourced old-cut diamonds and dark blue sapphires that matched flawlessly, and the handmade setting beautifully captured the look and feel of my original ring. No other jeweller I consulted was able to offer such a unique and personalised service. Marys expertise and passion for antique jewellery shine through in everything she does. We love to pop in & hear all her wonderful stories. I am absolutely in love with my wedding band, and I now think we might have to start saving to get a new wedding band for my husband to match.
