1 /5 Maddie Washington: I recently had a very disappointing experience at this salon, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to warn others. I went in excited for a fresh haircut, but what I received was far from what I expected.
From the start, the atmosphere felt chaotic. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed, and it took a while for someone to attend to me. Once I was seated, the stylist barely glanced at my hair before starting. I tried to explain what I wanted, specifically a simple trim and some layering, but I could tell she wasn’t really listening.
As she cut, I noticed she was moving quickly and not paying attention to the details. When she finished, I looked in the mirror and was shocked to see that my haircut was completely uneven. One side was several inches longer than the other, and the layers looked choppy rather than blended. I pointed out the discrepancies, hoping they would take my concerns seriously, but the stylist just snipped a bit here and there without addressing the main issue.
To make matters worse, the salon was noisy and disorganized. Other clients seemed unhappy as well, which only added to my frustration. I felt like just another number rather than a valued customer.
After spending quite a bit of money, I left the salon feeling embarrassed and dissatisfied. I had to go home and try to fix the cut myself, which is never what you want to do after a salon visit. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service or a decent haircut. It’s a shame because I had high hopes, but I will definitely be seeking a more reliable salon in the future.
