1 /5 Aleksander Rebula: I visit this place relatively often because it’s nearby, but today was my last time. I’m usually laid-back and don’t make a fuss over mistakes, but today was the final straw. This pattern has happened far too many times: unprofessional, arrogant staff who glance at a photo of the haircut you want, nod with a dismissive “yes, yes,” and then completely ignore your request. They answer personal phone calls mid-cut, leaving you sitting there with your haircut half-finished—no courtesy of even excusing themselves. They chat among themselves while working, making comments in their own language, laughing, and even mocking you. Almost every visit, I’ve had to remind them to finish drying my hair. You practically have to beg them to apply product, and they never follow instructions. Today, they left my hair wet again and flopping to the side, so I had to ask again to dry the hair fully for the product to apply it myself. The service is embarrassing, the atmosphere awkward. I strongly recommend avoiding this place—it’s been like this for years.
Oh, BTW, obviously, the goal was to get me out of the chair ASAP. The guy spent maybe 10 minutes, and you could see he could not be bothered. I understand it was Saturday lunchtime, but this same attitude happens at any time.
