5 /5 suzie n: a few years ago, i was referred to Dr Devin Ong to start my journey with adult braces. the results and my new smile have literally changed my life and i cant thank him, the assistants and the reception staff enough for everything you have all done for me! every visit i was always well informed of my next steps, and we hit every single date with ease (and they were off in the time frame that was suggested to me at commencement date). Dr Ong is always speedy and meticulous, and his assistants offered me many valuable pieces of advice that i still use now when going to my regular dental appointments. just felt like giving a shoutout to you all! if youre ready to take the braces step for yourself or someone you know, there is no better team than here =]

2 /5 Jacqui Paul: Dr Schwartzs communication started out friendly enough but he failed to deliver on his time frame with my sons plate. We were told it would take 9 to 12months for the procedure. Every visit we were told that he was waiting for my son to grow. (How long is a piece of string?) After 2 years of this happening we requested that the plate be removed. On our last visit he made us feel like he was doing us a favour to remove it even though we had requested this to be done. He didnt give my son any after-care advice when he removed the plate. He just moved on to the next patient without saying a word. We both felt dismissed. Sorry but thats quite unprofessional in my opinion.

5 /5 Weaps Comm: Both of our daughters haver been receiving orthodontic treatment from Devin Ong. My youngest daughters case was quite complicated, and has taken just over two years. There were a number of challenges that needed to be addressed. Today her braces were removed and the outcome is AMAZING. The work Devin and his team have undertaken has been transformative and we could not be more happier with the result. Devins approach is fabulous, completely patient focused and he is very strategic in his planning and delivery of outcomes. We could not recommend Devin Ong and Designer Orthodontics any more highly. Our daughter cannot stop smiling and will now have photos taken again, something she has been very reluctant to do until today. We cannot thank Devin enough, nor can we recommend him and his team any more highly!

5 /5 CatNip: We saw Dr Devin Ong regarding orthodontic treatment for a preteen who has significant anxiety about the dentist. He and his dental assistant were both great and explained everything. Feeling confident about moving forward with this orthodontic practice based on our first appointment.
