Geraldine in particular, who took care of my appointment session for laser, was considerate and super friendly, continuously informing me of next steps and reassuring me at every step. Zahra Habib Ive been to two other laser clinics over the last two and a half years, but Advanced laser clinic was by far the best experience Ive had! My session wasnt rushed at all, and Geraldine was very kind and professional. She walked me through the entire procedure and recommended the best treatment for my concerns. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the laser treatment itself was painless, which was a huge relief! Plus, I got some amazing freebies, which was a nice bonus. I also really appreciated the thorough aftercare instructions to make sure I get the best results. I only wish I had started my laser treatments here sooner. While this was only my first session and I cant comment on the results yet, Im confident Ill be happy with the outcome in the future. I definitely recommend Advanced laser Clinic to anyone looking to try laser treatments for the first time!

Malati My dog came out very neat, and pretty and looking very fresh and happy. She had been going to this branch for at least a decade. And as fate had it , her most recent visit became her last as she passed away 3 weeks after.

Sab Ayyappan I want to say the best Thai massage in point cook, but to be honest might be one of the best Thai massages in Vic! The staff here are super professional and very knowledgeable. Trust me when I tell you they know what they are doing. I have very stiff muscles with a million knots in them. The staff identified the problem areas and worked on those knots helping me walk out like a new man. During the stretching session, my limbs were moved and twisted in ways I never knew a human body could (in exaggerating, obviously). All in all, it’s safe to say I’m extremely satisfied with the service. Cleanliness: I have to mention this as a major selling point, because the shop (it’s a garage at home converted into a shop) is very clean and I know what I’m talking about because I’m familiar with commercial cleaning. Not a speck of dust anywhere, clean towels, clean floors, don’t smell of oil

Huong N Best massage in Melbourne. Love the place. It felt comfortable and homely. Staffs were professional and friendly. Also, I had a deep tissue with Ning. She was great, recommended... I felt satisfaction and relaxation after the massage. I will be coming back.

Raj Viajar Had 1hr deep tissue here for and it was amazing. Was able to make an appointment on the day . The therapist was really skilled and it was one of the best Thai massage I ever had. Pressure was really good but not to the point that it is painful. Was also combined with some yoga and it was just what I needed. Thanks .

Chanel maryann False advertising displayed out front, I asked for a package that was on the board and was then pushed to get a longer massage for a higher price than advertised. Paid for a 30 minute back massage which was $50 and only got 15-20 minutes, that would usually cost $30. The math isnt mathing, unfortunately I wont be coming back.

Gujbiker JD Point cook town center is having one of the best pop up park but there are couple of things which I noticed and I gave 2 stars. The center people even if it is chilly weather will never turn on heater and the most important thing is a lot of theives have been seen in the center, boys driving and doing stunts inside the town center with e scooter but I have never seen security patrolling

Lincoln McLeod Very nice layout. Lots of underground car parking . There are plenty of food options. The only downside is the lack of security given the history of this location.

michaelm mccann No organisation in regards to the Indian Bazaar. Its over crowded with no respect to customers or other businesses trying to survive also. Beautiful people running their stalls, but block access to other shops, you cant even cross between the stalls as they block access through them. I dont know why they can not be shared between the other two buildings of the Town Centre. Its common sense really. Its a safety risk also with tripping hazards. And makes access with a wheelchair almost impossible in some areas.

Not good enough, shopping centre must do better, your aim should be to provide a secure place for your customers and also for you tenants. Some theft happening even after closing. Shocking!

The hairstylist named Parvy did an excellent job with cutting my hair to washing and blow drying it and also recommended me certain things to take care of which was really nice of her . Panagiota Psarianos Never had an issue with any of the girls that work here. Ive always been satisfied with my nails and they do ask you along the way if you are happy with what they are doing. Can both book an appointment and just walk in and there isnt usually much of a wait - longest I have ever waited was 30 minutes but there are so many shops you can go visit to pass the time. This is my preferred nail salon in the western suburbs.

archana bl This is the second time I went to odyssey nails and nothing has changed from the previous experience,I didn’t leave a review last time. I went there on Monday for shellac manicure & pedicure..the girl was so rough when she is suing the cuticles, I got a cut as well & the worst thing is the colour,I guess they don’t use the shellac colour I have always got baby pink but this time the pink looked little bright I told the girl as well and she started arguing with her colleagues who supported her the colour..I didn’t want to waste time as I had a flight to catch..waste of money and bad experience twice..will never ever go back there again.

Marjan Rostamnejad One of the best nail salons in the area. They provided me with my personal nail file , buffer and pumice sort of thing. Very hygienic. They also did a very good job for my male friend who bites his nail. They did short natural acrylic nails for him. Highly recommended.

Chantelle Faber First time going to this nail salon. Not very happy not even a week and there broken, after returning a day later I wasn’t happy was all messy thick and duck not sharp square 140$ later I went back they fixed them, and it broke off would never waste money at this shop. Had to pay for my Ubers there and back again, do not reccomend over charge and don’t take time. Down below is first time going back then second photo is them fixing it.

A great range of shops with National Brands and local speciality stores, the big brands are Coles, Aldi, Kmart and Price line. Theres a range of eateries and cafes to choose from!

Lincoln McLeod Very out dated looking shopping centre. Parking is atrocious, not to mention the terrible speed bumps. No security to be seen given the known growing crime in the area.

Supriya Bhagavat There is ample parking space at the Center. Kids play area, coles, veggie store, Indian grocery, Kmart, kids saloon and eateries is all good. I used the toddlers changing room n it was smelly and unkept

Gail Yap Terrific massage with Linda - firm and technical. Didn’t walk our feeling bruised and sore but refreshed and realigned. Whole body 1 hour for $75 which is a good price. I’m just visiting Melbourne but if I were local, this would be my new local. Highly recommend Linda.

Caroline Sun They are very skill on meridian collaterals operating practice. So the body feel retro and healthy more quickly. and it is the fair price on the service. Staff are more polite and friendly. My neck pain has an obvious improvement after only 10 minutes massage. will referal them definately.

Wayne Davenport Hi, my daughter is only 13 and having problems with stretch marks. She saved her money for some time and bought Meiskins product. Shes been using for a few weeks now and its done nothing, she is heartbroken. I contacted Meiskins and asked if they could refund her money as I think its wrong to mislead a child into spending all their savings. They replied with the standard dont care, try it for longer, no refund refusal, of course written in a camouflaged kind way. BE WARNED this product is a scam, and their reviews must have been purchased in bulk!

Frankie Thompson Hands down, the worst haircut and experience i have received!! Did not listen to what I was after, it was quite clear he had no desire to be there and it showed. What a waste of $45 - I do not write reviews even if I have a bad experience, BUT I feel the need to share this.

Aradhya It’s simple : If you don’t want a bad haircut don’t come here. Woman was disinterested and rushing. Razor king at Featherbrook charged the same but the guy there actually took his time and asked me questions along with the way and the end product was fantastic. This place is absolute garbage don’t go here.

Jay Soni terrible haircut. they charged me $50 to which i asked for a mid skin taper on the sides and back and just one inch off the top of my hair (my length was just under my nose) and he proceeded to do the haircut as he wanted, i told him throughout the cut to please be careful i don’t want it too short, and all he said was “relax bro” and didn’t even listen. when it got to the top of my head i said just an inch, i showed him with my hands how much i want off, and he didn’t even wet my hair, he just cut it straight without wetting it and now the length is in the middle of my forehead! that is not an inch at all. i had curly hair which was a fringe over my forehead and now it’s cut so short i am embarrassed to walk around. biggest waste of $50 of my life. please don’t come here. of course this isn’t all the barbers but the one i got did a terrible job

Melanie Eden I had the most awful experience getting my nails done here and will never go back. The technician was incredibly rude the whole time. I went in to get my SNS taken off as one of my nails had split horizontally involving the nail underneath. I stated I wanted to check the health of my nails prior to deciding on anything further being done. She then cut all my nails short (despite me stating I wanted to keep them long) and glued the crack in my nails. She then insisted I have more SNS put on. Throughout she grabbed and snatched at my hands, she huffed and was obviously making comments about me to her neighbouring technicians. The end result was rushed with specs of the SNS powder which had been grinded embedded in the new SNS. I was polite and said my pleases and thank yous throughout. At the end she grabbed my money and walked away without so much as a smile. Just an awful experience. I will be going elsewhere in the future. The other ladies did seem nice but I wouldnt risk going back in case I ended up with this horrible service again.

Diane McCall Had a manicure...first day nail polish was coming off so went back...I was treated like dirt, she basically said it was my fault I must have bumped my nails? Every excuse under the sun! She eventually re did them but didnt say a word except to make smart remarks...I let her know how disgusted I was with her as a business...AVOID THIS PLACE I only went there as the other better places were busy, NEVER AGAIN, NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO CARE!!!!

Yuugo Terrible experience! The salon was quite dirty. The nail technicians were in a hurry to get you out quickly so they do a haphazard job. The shocker for me was that the pedicure toe separators that are meant to be disposed off after each single use was being stored and REUSED! How disgusting! Especially in a time of a covid pandemic??? Absolutely ridiculous! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Shocker!
