Daniel DeFaz Too crowded and cramped. Gym equipment is not spaced out and it is swarmed with people. Low membership fees but not worth it when there are better gyms down the road who aren’t there for money. Young staff are friendly and approachable but the older staff are not as great.

Jordan Patricia Best gym i have ever been to. Friendly staff and other patrons. Definitely recommend Jordan from Grind N Shine as a personal trainer as well. He works alongside the gym and as a duo, are the best out there.

Vanessa Sako Ive been attending this studio for over a year and a half , and I’ve seen incredible results in building muscle and strength. Sade has been an outstanding instructor, and her classes are not only effective but also a lot of fun. I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to improve their fitness and have a great time while doing it.

Rim sabra Ive been attending classes at flex and flow for over a year, and I can confidently say it’s been an incredible experience. The instructors are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but they also create such a welcoming and supportive environment. Each class is challenging yet rewarding, and Ive noticed a significant improvement in my strength, flexibility, and posture.
