I thought the shop would not reply to me about my refund request. However, after I talked to John on the phone, we happily discussed the issue; I waited for him to ask his boss to grant for a refund and Voila! My problem is resolved.
I was not happy with the shopping experience because I assumed they didnt want to deal with my problem. But I was wrong. The misunderstanding started after I called twice but couldnt get John on the phone. Later on, I found out I did not call during his shift, so I jumped to the conclusion based on my lack of patience.
I have to say that I jumped to a conclusion too quickly and didnt give the shop a response time.

This shop is verbally convincing me to agreeing swapping into another product, which I received and is completly different to the one I am after. FIrst, the sells might be named John, didnt show me a picture and didnt sent me a email confirming the swap. Secondly, the postage cost was free for the last product and suddenly increased to 29 for this swapped product. Which seems like he just didnt want to refund the price difference. Do not buy from this website, only go there in person to specifically ask for the one you want.
Terribly experience, people should know.
