Salima always goes the extra mile for me and my partner, always makes us feel so welcome and great (even if she mixes our names up on occasions) Next Dimension has been our go to hairdresser for a very long time and will be for a very long time.

Rebecca Amiridis I recently visited the clinic for the first time this week and had an excellent experience. During my consultation, I was informed that, due to the medication I am taking, I would need a doctors certificate to undergo laser treatment. This requirement was beyond the clinics control as it is part of their policy. Although I was initially stressed about potentially having to postpone the treatment to another day due to childcare arrangements, the staff assured me that they would accommodate my needs. Ultimately, I was able to obtain an exemption from the manager. The team was incredibly accommodating and understanding. The practitioner who treated me made me feel very comfortable and engaged me in conversation throughout the treatment to ease any nervousness I was experiencing. The treatment was thoroughly explained, and overall, I had a very positive experience. One suggestion for improvement would be for the company to inform clients at the time of booking that a medical certificate might be required and suggest to see a GP beforehand.This would prevent any delays and allow clients to obtain the necessary note from their GP regarding photosensitivity beforehand. However, this does not reflect on the store itself, as the staff were exceptional. Many thanks again for the wonderful experience.

Izzy K I am soo disappointed. For starters everyone working there had horrible communication and a horrible attitude. I told them that I just want to change my colour nails as my wedding is this Sunday. I showed them what I wanted and they said yes they can do it. Few minutes, I notice it looks nothing like the picture they said they had pearl coat and she’s putting sparkles I said no I don’t like that. I got angry at this because if you don’t have pearl or chrome then don’t say you can do it. Then I give up and tell her to just do French. They did the lines so bad it looks like a child did them. When I told them the lines are wonky they smudged all the white left streaks I told them that they’re are streaks and they’re huffing and puffing. like if they had done their job right I wouldn’t have kept pestering them. And then they charged me extra for their mistakes! Even the girl next to me wasn’t happy with her nails. The worst experience for my bridal nails. Horrible service I hope you get shut down.

Goustaro13 Ellas I definitely recommend this salon. All the girls are awesome and they work together with a professional approach. My hair looks stunning. I also bought there haircare products. Which has already improved the texture of my hair. Looking forward to my next appointment, which I dont mind who I book it in with. I always leave the salon with a big smile on my face. Thank you so much for a your amazing services and great value for my money. :-)

Iniya inbakaran the experience was alright.not the best but not the worst. this is a pic of my nails after a month but they are still in pretty good condition. it also depends on what type of nails u get and how well u take care of them. my friend recommended this salon. although one of my other friends went here and got very chunky and uneven nails.
