Rebecca Amiridis I recently visited the clinic for the first time this week and had an excellent experience. During my consultation, I was informed that, due to the medication I am taking, I would need a doctors certificate to undergo laser treatment. This requirement was beyond the clinics control as it is part of their policy. Although I was initially stressed about potentially having to postpone the treatment to another day due to childcare arrangements, the staff assured me that they would accommodate my needs. Ultimately, I was able to obtain an exemption from the manager.
The team was incredibly accommodating and understanding. The practitioner who treated me made me feel very comfortable and engaged me in conversation throughout the treatment to ease any nervousness I was experiencing. The treatment was thoroughly explained, and overall, I had a very positive experience.
One suggestion for improvement would be for the company to inform clients at the time of booking that a medical certificate might be required and suggest to see a GP beforehand.This would prevent any delays and allow clients to obtain the necessary note from their GP regarding photosensitivity beforehand. However, this does not reflect on the store itself, as the staff were exceptional.
