Tilomai Afoa Could not recommend this practice more!!! Dr Rachel Nguyen conducted an assessment and surgical extraction for my partner, who was well taken care of. Her advice and service was thorough and professional from start to finish - making sure we understood the procedure and what it entailed, during and after for at home care. He experienced no pain after the extraction and healed very quickly. We had Cate from their team who greeted us and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience - 10/10. Excellent team, culture and energy throughout! We loved the vibe and the layout, will definitely be back and refer others to Rock Solid, thank you so much team!

Patricia McKay I did a through research on Rock solid implants and dentures before ringing and speaking with the receptionist, who answered every one of my questions very promptly and without hesitation, l booked an appointment and met with Dr Lee, and Dr Timo and they explained the implant, snap on dentures so l decided to go ahead with it. I will tell you l am petrified of dentist but Dr Lee and Dr Rachel were so patient with me. I had the implants put in, but did not work, not once but twice, under no circumstances was this there fault, my body rejected them, l am one in a 1000, but l got the best pair of dentures made by Dr Timo, who l gave a hard time and l was very fussy, and l had dentures prior that was so uncomfortable and big teeth, they took away my confidence, but Dr Timo have made the best set l have ever had in 39 years of wearing dentures. Dr Rachael was so patient with me and the Tracey and Dr Timo were just brilliant from start to finish. I would and have recommended Rock Solid to a few people, and l will be definitely going back to maintain my dentures. Money well spent.

The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and the dental equipment seemed very modern. Dr. Nguyen was attentive and took the time to explain the procedure I needed. The treatment itself was virtually painless, and I was impressed with the overall efficiency of the visit. Ill definitely be returning for my future dental needs. Highly recommended!

Janine I highly recommend Rock Solid, they absolutely went above and beyond to make sure I was always comfortable and happy with my treatment plan every step of the way. Dr Rachel, Dr Lee and Jamiel are the kindest team of professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have some health issues which they took into consideration every step of the way. As soon as I walked in to Rock solid for my very first appointment I felt so welcomed, almost like a part of their family. The clinic is extremely clean with the best equipment. I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience, they literally changed my life and I’ll always be grateful to each and every one of the staff for making dentists so enjoyable. 원지연 Dr Lee is an excellent doctor, very thorough and caring.. I found that Dr Lee takes time to explain all the procedures and answer questions. His staff was also extremely helpful. Im terribly afraid of the dental treatment however Dr Lee goes extra miles to make me feel comfortable and less stressed. I went multiple dental clinics in my life, Rock Solid Implants and Dentures offers the highest and professional level of services ever. The treatment was absolutely painless and for which Im so grateful for their empathetic caring and attention. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lovedeep was exceptional—she was incredibly comforting and took the time to explain the entire procedure clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. The clinic itself is welcoming, and the staff were all professional and friendly. They did the X-rays on arrival and uploaded everything to the app which is super convenient.The transparent pricing and efficient service made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Saveth Sam First appointment rescheduled due to dentist being ill and they had no details of this 2nd appointment, my daughter waited approx 40 mins only 1 dentist here everything done by their app cleaned teeth for approx 20 mins price is what you get even claiming medicare need to do yourself I wouldnt come here again its very cheap compare to other places explains why….

G su I have very bad experience to have a treatment here with ”Dr, Kaur.“ ” She is the worst dentist I have met of all dentist in my life. I try to filling the teeth with one’s teeth filling before, but she try to sales that I have another teeth which is fine to have the second filling. And I feel my teeth after accept her treatment I feel more uncomfortable which never happened before with other dentist. I definitely in here has other good dentist Dr,Moha, but he is not here at moment, his skills is really good, can not compare with Dr, Kaur.

I was having issues with my wisdom tooth recently and went to 3 other dentists for a consult. 2 of them quoted nearly $3000 to include undamaged teeth with an afterpay finance option, whilst another one is too far away from where I live. I held back on those treatments majorly due to cost, and it paid off! I came across Fix It now Dental in my google search, checked their website and found they were doing wisdom tooth extractions amongst other things. The website shows their prices, so I gave it a go. The clinic is a few steps away from Monash hospital emergency area, which is super convenient. It shares dental space with Rock Solid Implants and Dentures, until I found out they are under the same business, and has recently expanded their services to dental treatments for the general public. From my first consult, to my simple wisdom tooth extraction and post-recovery, everything well so smoothly. Dr Rachel and the rest of the team have been very patient, supportive and diligent on their bookings, treatments and aftercare. She is conservative in approach and clearly explained my options, unlike my previous dentists who quoted me an arm and a limb to avail unnecessary dental treatments. Truly a God-send in these times!! I also referred my husband for his dental works, and was also impressed on how detailed and supportive they are. My simple wisdom tooth extraction went superb, and my extraction site has nearly and fully healed.
