chelsea Giannino I booked an appointment for two services at Amore beauty haven. I turned up to my appointment 5 minutes early and waited and waited and waited….I contacted the phone number that was listed but didn’t get a response. I waited some more (In the freezing cold). I messaged the business instagram page. Waited some more. No one turned up. I finally got a response 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment and after I had left saying, “Hi Chelsea, I’m so sorry that is my mistake I didn’t see you had made an appointment so I thought I had the morning off. My bad.” A reschedule was offered but I was furious and have a very busy schedule. I will not book with this business again. Very unprofessional!
