She made the process completely pain-free and easy for her. We’ve also had facials, and the products Helen uses leaves your skin feeling incredibly soft for days. We’ve also booked massage appointments with Coralie, who is equally amazing. Both women are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Julia I wasn’t going to leave this review, but after the horrible experience I’ve had I felt that I needed to share it so I can warn others. I went into ASC Broadmeadows this week for a skin consultation and for my first skin needling session. I had been looking forward to getting skin needling done for a really long time so I was super excited. I started my consultation with one of the clinicians, who asked me if I had prepped my skin before my appointment with a vitamin C or a skin brightening serum… I said no because I thoroughly read everything on their website and on the skin preparation terms and conditions before finalising my booking and prepping my skin with one of these products was not noted anywhere. After my face was scanned, I was told that I would still be able to be treated today without the skin prep because I had fair skin I was then told that in order to do the next three sessions of skin needling that I had booked I needed to buy the ‘ultimate serum’ that they sold in store. I asked why that is because again it’s not noted anywhere on their website that I would need to buy a $120 serum after just spending almost $600 on a service. The lady told me that I need to use this serum and they recommend it for best results. I specifically asked if I NEEDED to buy this in order to be treated of if it was simply a recommendation for better results? After much back-and-forth about this, I probably asked about 5 more times, I was told that I needed to purchase this serum otherwise I couldn’t get the skin needling done at this clinic. This was also while she was looking at her watch while speaking to me like I was taking up her time.. I then asked if I was still going to be treated today and the lady said because my consultation has taken longer (due to me being confused and questioning her about needing to buy a serum just to receive a service???) That I wouldn’t be able to get my treatment today. I said I didn’t see how this is fair due to them keeping me waiting for almost 15 minutes over my appointment start time when I first arrived. She said she would go and speak to her manager in that case. I can then hear her speaking to her manager rudely about me from down the hall so I decided I didn’t feel comfortable getting an invasive treatment at this clinic and didn’t want to spend my money here if this was going to be the service that I am receiving so I asked for a refund. When the manager phoned me the next day to discuss the matter, she told me that you DONT need to buy the serum in order to get treated so I was being lied to the entire time and thankfully listened to my gut! Like this experience, couldn’t get any worse, but not only did I not get refunded, but my card was charged again another $580 dollars. So I am now waiting for over $1100 to be refunded back to me and was told by the manager in a sarcastic tone when I called to follow up on why I hadn’t received the money yet as it’s been two days that there’s nothing else she can do as she’s already escalated the matter to her head office and she left them a voicemail and maybe I should call my own bank to see if there’s anything I can do on my end. I needed this money for something else this week which I explained multiple times to the lady I spoke with but I received no empathy whatsoever. Overall I’m honestly disgusted with how greedy this clinic is for lying to me and trying to push a product onto me when it wasn’t even needed and to now be the one who is having to pay the price while I wait for my refund is appalling.

Looked like when I do them myself and not professional. Went back in next day and was told I wasnt seen yesterday and she cant remember me then says there were 2 other workers who couldve seen you. First of all trying to put me in the wrong and make me look like Im lying. I asked for Kajal to see cameras for proof I was in yesterday also opened up my statement on my phone to show payment was made day before at the shop. It said Glen Waverley and so I was accused of going there and not to broadmeadows. I informed her I live in broadmeadows and that I was here yesterday. I said to Kajal maybe the payment system is connected to that suburb. I clearly re mentioned to watch the camera to see me and that was ignored. Eyebrows were apparently fixed but not much change was made. Waste of 20. Definitely going elsewhere next time.

I always go to my go to lady in moonee ponds but since moving i decided to try my local threading place. lady doing brows at approx 1:50-2pm 17/01/25 completely ruined my left brow, making it completely uneven with the other. She told me that it’s not her mistake because my eyebrow on the left was thinner. Not only was her customer service rude but she couldn’t communicate properly and still charged me even though my eyebrows obviously looked worse after she did them. I know what my eyebrows looked like before my eyebrows were done and they didn’t have completely no tail at the end and not this terribly uneven. There was no accountability taken from her and I am really disappointed and will never go back to this place. Please save yourself the trip and go anywhere else, been distraught about my eyebrows since getting them ruined.

Gonca D. The customer service needs significant improvement. When I entered the store, the staff member looked at me and said “Yes? Yes?” twice, while I was simply checking the services at the desk. A simple “Hello, how can I help you?” would have been more welcoming. I requested eyebrow threading, but she didn’t ask me what shape I was after or clarify what I wanted- she just started immediately. The process was quite harsh, and although I’m usually sensitive, she made no effort to slow down or check in. As a result, I ended up with overly thin eyebrows and a couple of bruises. When she handed me the mirror, I noticed several hairs were still left, which I had to clean up myself. She didn’t check or say anything, as she was already focused on another customer. Keep in mind, I was the only customer during the threading, so I don’t understand the rush or the dismissive attitude. I chose this place based on its high rating, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

However, NAT, CHLOE, and TARA went above and beyond to turn things around. They quickly checked the bookings and worked together to fit me in without delay. M Hassan I have been going there for few times. I had some awesome sets. They need to pay more attention to cleanliness. All equipments need a good clean and staff need to work in silence for a while. It should be a relaxing experience it is always them talking to each other.

hajer manda Went to get a pedicure and manicure here and got my toe butchered. Left me with a bruise. Initially the ladies there have extremely slow service and don’t want to communicate. They really get to the edges of the nails, too close for my liking and as you can tell, ended up pulling a piece of skin and leaving me with a bruise. Had to wear sandals as i couldn’t wear shoes from the pain. Would not recommend. Prices aren’t reasonable either, as they quickly want to get customers in and out.

They had an ample space and plenty of staff members available, could fit me in with no booking and without waiting . However, I did notice some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and organisation of the salon. It would enhance the overall experience if the salon paid closer attention to maintaining a tidy and organised space. Despite this minor drawback, I was satisfied with the service provided and would consider returning for another visit in the future.

Hayley Yasa Today I got my nose, belly and a lot of ear piercings done. The lady that did my piercings was so lovely. Even though they did hurt (obviously as expected) she was very reassuring and got them done quickly. She was a delight to talk to and be around. She made sure I wasn’t dizzy or nauseous and took very good care of me. 10/10 and definitely recommend.

Amy Davis Had gel removed and a manicure. The manicurist was gentle for most things but the drill was so intense and hot at the end it was painful. She also drilled into the skin so I bled at one point, she did apologise and kept going. Now the next day three fingers on one hand are red and inflamed around the nail and very painful. Probably unclean tools and lack of care when trimming the excess skin has caused this. Will not be coming back here

Their team are always friendly, help me select my colours and designs, and they are always to an excellent quality. You won’t be disappointed coming here. Would give 10 stars if I could!!

Ifa Javed The ombré nails I asked to do were nothing close to the photo I showed at the start and kept showing it throughout. When I mentioned it to the manager she tried to dissipate it by blaming it on the length of my nails( saying they were shorter than the photos so couldn’t give proper ombré effect). They looked so ugly I painted my nails when came home, couldn’t stand the dot-in-the-middle look.

Molly Taylor - 20 October 1:30 pm Avoid this location! I’ve had good experiences at other locations, but definitely not this one. Both staff members were rude and didn’t communicate properly throughout my visit. They would speak to each other, making me feel uncomfortable, and failed to give instructions or explain the service, so I didn’t know what to expect. When they directed me to the room, they left without saying anything. I wasn’t told how to prepare myself, and when she returned, the door opened directly to the front of the store, meaning everyone could see in. She then told me I could stand behind the door, which I wasn’t informed of earlier because she hadn’t spoken to me at all. It was clear they weren’t properly trained in waxing. The technique was painful, likely due to improper methods, and the products seemed cheap—I’ve never experienced pain like this from waxing before. Overall, the experience was extremely negative, and I would advise anyone considering this location to avoid it entirely.

Emuz P I have been to get my brows done several times but I have also been turned away a total of 5 times for by the same worker. 3 of the reasons were that she was going on a break (these times appear to vary day to day). I find her o be rude and tactless. Each time this has happened I have decided to go around the corner to another beauty salon that may charge more but I have never been turned away and am greeted with respect. Management needs to wake up, take note of how many negative reviews are accumulating and take actions rather than send generic replies.

Georgette Etcho Ive been a regular customer here for a while, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. I visited around 6pm, and the lady who worked on my eyebrows was not only very rude but also rushed through the service and was quite rough. I specifically asked for a clean up only! but she completely butchered one of my eyebrows, taking off way too much and making them look very thin. My eyebrows dont grow back fast, so this is extremely upsetting. When I mentioned that she had ruined my eyebrows, her only solution was to not charge me. Its not about the money! She refused to give me her name multiple times. I walked out in tears and couldnt stop crying. I am beyond upset.

Lexxii Andrada I had my brows done by Reeta tonight. Usually, I don’t get shaping so when she suggested it, I was a bit scared. I asked for something that would ‘suit my face’ because I didn’t know what would. But then when she was finished and I looked at my brows in the mirror, I loved them. They suited my face great and even though I couldn’t put what I wanted into words, it was as if she read my mind. It was only a plus that Reeta was very efficient and kind. Tardio Kathy (Kathastrophe) I got my lashes here yesterday and asked for classic. She showed me photos of classics and they were natural looking but just a bit more than nothing. I should have said something after it only took 15 mins for a full set, that didn’t feel like the normal time for goth eyes. I look literally no different, the lashes are rock hard for some reason & I’ve messaged them asking if I can pay a bit more & have them add more, just to be ignored on social media when they’ve been online and active since my message a day ago. I wanted to rectify this but now I remember why I stopped going here years ago. I should have said something before I left but it was only until people saw me and said I look no different that I was sad I spent $90 on basically nothing.

Brittany Hazelwood-Smith I went in yesterday for the first time to have my toenails painted and I had a great experience specifically with the young girl at the front desk. She was extremely polite and informative, even went that extra mile to let me know the cost of my next service would be slightly more expensive as Id need have my current shellac taken off, she gave me a loyalty card as well. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming & quick but thorough. I will be returning.

Lorri Dangerfield Nails here are so hit and miss. I asked for SNS but thicker as I have high nail arches. Well I didn’t get it and they chipped in one day. Not impressed when you ask for something and they don’t deliver and magically can’t speak English when you complain. Got my eyelashes done today as my regular lady is overseas. Been getting eyelashes done for over 6 years. What a waste of $100. I’m livid and disgusted at what I got. I had to ask for more lashes bc there were huge gaps. Looked like they have been on for 4 weeks. Yet this was a full brand new set. They are uneven, not straight and look like a 5 year old stuck them on. Save your money and go elsewhere. Also they are cash only…. Dodgy

Donya SH I wish I had checked reviews before entering the store. I ended up paying $90 for a manicare and pedicure, and now my toe is swollen and bleeding. My nails are even worse! Despite transferring them $75 on credit, I wanted to pay $15 in cash, but the lady yelled at me without reason. I left unsatisfied, paying the full amount. To make matters worse, my nails werent shaped properly, there was clear nail polish on my skin and if you look through the pictures it’s circle bubbles too. Despite informing her of my dissatisfaction, she promised to fix it but she didn’t. she rushed everything and left nail powder on my hands then instead of cleaning she and she quickly put hand cream instead.

Vida Saeidi Had the worst experience ever visiting Tiffany nails in Broadmeadows for a full set. I specifically explained the shape that I desired beforehand, but however the staff did not care to listen and continued to do the opposite of what I asked for and when I complained about it she got angry at am and told me to just wait until she is done while rolling her eye at me. She was so aggressive that she cut my cuticles and it started bleeding however she did not even apologise. Once she was done and I told her I wasn’t happy with the shape, she got super angry, stood up and aggressively tossed her nails equipment aside while yelling at me telling me that she doesn’t want to finish doing my nails. I had to stand up for myself and tell her to lower her voice and be respectful but regardless she kept yelling and started explaining her awful behaviour to other costumers as if they were complaining. The owner, Wendy, came out from the back to see what is going on and after explaining the situation to her she did not care about her staff’s awful behaviour and did not even apologise to me. She just told me to go home and wait for her to call me to come back there so she could finish off my nails. Obviously, I left feeling disrespected and abused and never went back there. I wish I had recorded the situation so that I could show everyone how disgusting and ridiculous these people are. I have seen many more reviews similar to mine and I wish I had read the reviews and never gone to their salon. Do not visit this salon if you care about being respected and achieving the results you want. Learn from my mistake and all these other bad reviews.

After I got asked how I like my nails I got told sorry I can’t do that. All I asked for was thinner more tapered coffin nails. I got nails that are so thick and just yuck!!! When I said please fix the shape I got told I was to picky!!!! Excuse me? I have acrylic stuck on my skin, the black French I got is all wobbly and I walked out paying $75!!! If I could give this place 0 I would have!!!

I went in on Thursday afternoon for a refill, chose a colour, when she was done with my nails I had 2 scratches on my hand because of her sharp nails, my nails looked bumpy and thick because of the amount of coats she put and there was even so many little black dots stuck on the clear coat, got charged $50 for a refill, I didn’t argue i just paid and left unhappy. I returned the next day on Friday to tell them that I didn’t like their job and that I wanted them to redo the colour with less coats so it doesn’t look thick, the same lady that done them on Thursday started screaming with some to no English, she charged me extra $30, I could’ve got a refill and a pedicure somewhere else for $80 THEY ARE LITERALLY RIP OFFS, she’s a old lady with glasses my friend told me that she normally does pedicure. The most disrespectful worker I have ever seen, if you don’t wanna work stay home no need to take your negativity outside. She kept telling me that it’s not her fault and that it’s because of the old place i went to they made them thick, however the place I went to before they’re amazing, my nails always look on point, only came to Tiffany nails because they were busy and I needed mine done ASAP. The owner needs to reconsider their workers or even train them on how to respect costumers, because without us customers they won’t have a job. But clearly the owner doesn’t care since I walked passed the other nail salons in Broadmeadows and Tiffany was the least busy that afternoon, no wonder why!

Tegan Jasmine Me and my friend went in for nails and a pedicure. OK.. Pedicure took a whole 15 minutes. Didnt even do my feet properly. Disgusting. Shellac. Didnt apply right colour at all even after I told her its wrong. She told me pretty much to bad as they are close to closing, didnt even apply the right amount of layers. My friends nails are completely crooked. Worst nails ever. The length is nothing what we asked for. So rude. Didnt even say goodbye or anything when transferring money. Even asked for $5 extra when we asked for a longer length.. Also glue was left all over my fingers, dried up an all.. Having to pick it off myself. Worse service. Rude. And disgusting!! Will never go back. Only went because the other two were fully booked and we were desperate lol.

Grishma Manandhar I did my nails yesterday it is still looking pretty. However the lashes I did yesterday is half gone. And the fact that I did it around 7 pm and woke up in the morning and half of it from one side was gone. I paid 110 for this and now it’s the second day one side is almost empty. Imagine how upset you would get.

Sabrina Noureddine Worst nail salon ever. Was advised it was a 10 minute wait, they sat me on the pedicure chair, filled up the water & made me wait an additional 35 mins. I eventually just walked out. So rude & disgusting. Cannot believe people actually come here. Worst service. The workers are extremely rude

Tiziana Di Stefano I just paid 40$ for normal colour. The girls didnt check if the colour had dried up, she didnt clean my nails properly, she didnt cut the cuticles at all. I could have done the same job at home for free. I wont be back for sure

Karen Michelle These young ladies loved having a beautiful shelac in their choice of two shades. Staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Clean, spacious salon located conveniently inside Broadmeadows Central shopping centre. Girls will definitely be back, they enjoyed their experience and polish lasted a long time.

Makita McNally Absolutely horrible customer service, wanting the botched job they had done soaked off and a manicure done was told one price then it had doubled halfway through. They didnt soak off my nails only used nail clippers to peel back the fake nails. Honestly wouldnt give this place the star because it doesnt deserve it....

Zoe Botte Went today as I dont normally go here as I thought kill two birds with one stone while in the center. Had some man do it when he filed my nail on the side he done it so hard my skin tore making me bleed a little, which he then placed the filed which had my blood back on the stand? I told him he should throw it out but obviously didnt care what I had to say. How many other people have been cut with that same file. Just hope I dont get anything nasty avoid it at all costs

AylaXOXO About a year ago I went there to get my nails done for a event they burnt my nails they filed my natural nail to much which hurt badly for 3 days or more and was horrible so I decided to give them one more chance this time they were so rude and didnt even care about what they were doing they left me half way getting my nails done so many times they were so rude until I payed ridiculous she used some sort of liquid instead of glue which again burnt my nails and skin my nails arent even probably painted never ever going back again last straw ever since last year every time I get my nails done 1 or 2 nails hurt but today both my hands are yet again hurting!!!!

Stephanie Im only giving it 5 stars because of their lovely nail technician Anh. She is the only one who gave me great customer service and my nails looked amazing ! Ive had unpleasant visits here in the past but I have to say Anh has changed my mind on this place . ASK FOR ANH!

Karina Lee I thought I would treat myself to some nice nails while shopping. But unfortunately they over filed my natural nails and made skin bleed. After finishing I was in a hurry to go to work so didnt look closely at my nails until it was too late. 5 of my nails have deep gaps between my natural nails and sns, which is a huge health concern. I had to fill the gaps with my own nail glue and try to file down the thickness of the sns. I will be going to get them fixed at a better nail salon. I wish I read reviews before going. I would not recommend this place.
