1 /5 Gonca D.: The customer service needs significant improvement. When I entered the store, the staff member looked at me and said “Yes? Yes?” twice, while I was simply checking the services at the desk. A simple “Hello, how can I help you?” would have been more welcoming.
I requested eyebrow threading, but she didn’t ask me what shape I was after or clarify what I wanted- she just started immediately. The process was quite harsh, and although I’m usually sensitive, she made no effort to slow down or check in. As a result, I ended up with overly thin eyebrows and a couple of bruises.
When she handed me the mirror, I noticed several hairs were still left, which I had to clean up myself. She didn’t check or say anything, as she was already focused on another customer. Keep in mind, I was the only customer during the threading, so I don’t understand the rush or the dismissive attitude.
I chose this place based on its high rating, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.
