Zeliha Altun My mum and I have visited Helen several times for various treatments, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. We’ve both had our eyebrows waxed and lashes tinted and lifted, and my mum - who had always been nervous about removing her skin tags - finally went through with it thanks to Helen’s gentle approach. She made the process completely pain-free and easy for her. We’ve also had facials, and the products Helen uses leaves your skin feeling incredibly soft for days. We’ve also booked massage appointments with Coralie, who is equally amazing. Both women are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The salon is incredibly clean and leaves a welcoming and professional atmosphere for you to relax and unwind.

Rara I was blown away by my graduation makeup! VivianMakeup created the perfect natural glam look that lasted from morning until midnight - through all the photos, hugs, and even happy tears. She used beautiful luxury products ( Giorgio Armani, tarte, dior, laura mercier were my favorites!) and took such care with every detail. The individual lashes looked incredibly natural, and my skin looked airbrushed but still like me. What really stood out was how professional yet warm she was. She arrived right on time, worked efficiently but never rushed, and even calmed my nerves before the ceremony. When my mom decided last-minute she wanted makeup too, she accommodated us without hesitation. For the quality and service, her prices are so reasonable - Ive already recommended her to all my friends! If you want to look and feel amazing on your graduation day, book her without hesitation.

D D Veronika at ASC Broadmeadow would have to be one of best nurses I’ve been to. She is so kind, gentle , nurturing & makes you feel so comfortable while getting treatments completed. Anyone feeling nervous or anxious about getting fillers, go and see her. Highly recommended, she’s the best.

Faizan Rafique One of the best barber shop in town, always humble and smiling face while communicating. Ali Kareem and boys are really professional guys who know how to make look good.

Yullia Beteramia Ive tried other places but I always find myself coming back here. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Recently had an appointment with Kajal, who gave me great advice on which services would be best for me. Will definitely keep coming back.

Siva Kouso I recently had a hair laser removal session with Holly, and I couldn’t be more impressed! She did an amazing job, ensuring every spot was treated with precision—no missed areas, unlike my previous experiences. Holly’s attention to detail really sets her apart.

Eunice Barrientos I had a bad experience, just want remove my acrylics but it is not enough. Glue is still on my nails (the whites) and even injured my cuticle with their tool. I was charged 15$ before, now they charged me $20

Hayley Yasa Today I got my nose, belly and a lot of ear piercings done. The lady that did my piercings was so lovely. Even though they did hurt (obviously as expected) she was very reassuring and got them done quickly. She was a delight to talk to and be around. She made sure I wasn’t dizzy or nauseous and took very good care of me. 10/10 and definitely recommend.

Amy Davis Had gel removed and a manicure. The manicurist was gentle for most things but the drill was so intense and hot at the end it was painful. She also drilled into the skin so I bled at one point, she did apologise and kept going. Now the next day three fingers on one hand are red and inflamed around the nail and very painful. Probably unclean tools and lack of care when trimming the excess skin has caused this. Will not be coming back here

A Ayse My usual eyebrow lady Kasi was away and I don’t normally allow anyone else to do my eyebrows she’s been doing them for years and always listens and cleans and shapes my eyebrows to perfection. I thought I would try a new lady Sani as I was desperate, she did not disappoint she cleaned without changing the shape of my eyebrows and exceeded my expectations and took her time. I recommend this salon 100%

Khadeejah Muhammad Got my eyebrows threaded today at around 9am. I didnt get the name of the lady who did my eyebrows but she was excellent! Friendly and welcoming and did a great job at the threading.

Tardio Kathy (Kathastrophe) I got my lashes here yesterday and asked for classic. She showed me photos of classics and they were natural looking but just a bit more than nothing. I should have said something after it only took 15 mins for a full set, that didn’t feel like the normal time for goth eyes. I look literally no different, the lashes are rock hard for some reason & I’ve messaged them asking if I can pay a bit more & have them add more, just to be ignored on social media when they’ve been online and active since my message a day ago. I wanted to rectify this but now I remember why I stopped going here years ago. I should have said something before I left but it was only until people saw me and said I look no different that I was sad I spent $90 on basically nothing.

Donya SH I wish I had checked reviews before entering the store. I ended up paying $90 for a manicare and pedicure, and now my toe is swollen and bleeding. My nails are even worse! Despite transferring them $75 on credit, I wanted to pay $15 in cash, but the lady yelled at me without reason. I left unsatisfied, paying the full amount. To make matters worse, my nails werent shaped properly, there was clear nail polish on my skin and if you look through the pictures it’s circle bubbles too. Despite informing her of my dissatisfaction, she promised to fix it but she didn’t. she rushed everything and left nail powder on my hands then instead of cleaning she and she quickly put hand cream instead.

Grishma Manandhar I did my nails yesterday it is still looking pretty. However the lashes I did yesterday is half gone. And the fact that I did it around 7 pm and woke up in the morning and half of it from one side was gone. I paid 110 for this and now it’s the second day one side is almost empty. Imagine how upset you would get.

Makita McNally Absolutely horrible customer service, wanting the botched job they had done soaked off and a manicure done was told one price then it had doubled halfway through. They didnt soak off my nails only used nail clippers to peel back the fake nails. Honestly wouldnt give this place the star because it doesnt deserve it....
