5 /5 Khadeejah Muhammad: Got my eyebrows threaded today at around 9am. I didnt get the name of the lady who did my eyebrows but she was excellent! Friendly and welcoming and did a great job at the threading.

1 /5 Molly Taylor: - 20 October 1:30 pm Avoid this location! I’ve had good experiences at other locations, but definitely not this one. Both staff members were rude and didn’t communicate properly throughout my visit. They would speak to each other, making me feel uncomfortable, and failed to give instructions or explain the service, so I didn’t know what to expect. When they directed me to the room, they left without saying anything. I wasn’t told how to prepare myself, and when she returned, the door opened directly to the front of the store, meaning everyone could see in. She then told me I could stand behind the door, which I wasn’t informed of earlier because she hadn’t spoken to me at all. It was clear they weren’t properly trained in waxing. The technique was painful, likely due to improper methods, and the products seemed cheap—I’ve never experienced pain like this from waxing before. Overall, the experience was extremely negative, and I would advise anyone considering this location to avoid it entirely.

1 /5 Emuz P: I have been to get my brows done several times but I have also been turned away a total of 5 times for by the same worker. 3 of the reasons were that she was going on a break (these times appear to vary day to day). I find her o be rude and tactless. Each time this has happened I have decided to go around the corner to another beauty salon that may charge more but I have never been turned away and am greeted with respect. Management needs to wake up, take note of how many negative reviews are accumulating and take actions rather than send generic replies.

1 /5 Georgette Etcho: Ive been a regular customer here for a while, but my experience today was extremely disappointing. I visited around 6pm, and the lady who worked on my eyebrows was not only very rude but also rushed through the service and was quite rough. I specifically asked for a clean up only! but she completely butchered one of my eyebrows, taking off way too much and making them look very thin. My eyebrows dont grow back fast, so this is extremely upsetting. When I mentioned that she had ruined my eyebrows, her only solution was to not charge me. Its not about the money! She refused to give me her name multiple times. I walked out in tears and couldnt stop crying. I am beyond upset.

5 /5 Lexxii Andrada: I had my brows done by Reeta tonight. Usually, I don’t get shaping so when she suggested it, I was a bit scared. I asked for something that would ‘suit my face’ because I didn’t know what would. But then when she was finished and I looked at my brows in the mirror, I loved them. They suited my face great and even though I couldn’t put what I wanted into words, it was as if she read my mind. It was only a plus that Reeta was very efficient and kind.
