It was disappointing to find other stores didn’t have the attention to detail or the friendly welcoming customer service as provided at epping. I did make a couple of long journeys back as I find their services to be carried out in a much higher standard quality. Having a beauty therapist background myself, I appreciate the outstanding service given at Epping. Thanks so much team, especially Minnie.

Sorry I couldnt remember her name. She made my waxing very fast by chatting in a friendly way and was very professional. It was my first time here but I will definitely continue. 1 /5 ItsMandyyy: I’ve been coming here about 8 months now and found the perfect specialist Lexi who is amazing at her job. Just recently I had to wait about 5 weeks for a wax, because it was around Easter time which is fine and understandable to get in with a good specialist like Lexi. Fast forward I walk in and get told I’m booked with somebody else for a Brazillian appointment. I don’t particularly want somebody else doing my Brazillian as it is an intimate service, but I needed a wax. The fact that nobody notified me earlier is ridiculous. After the wax: there is hair where I got my Brazillian, and little wax pieces that I have to go home and pull off one by one. I also got my legs done, I would rather get laser but can’t because my hair is a lighter colour. My usual specialist goes over multiple times with wax on my Brazillian and my legs, as the service entails hair removal, I wouldn’t want to be left with hair, right? Well I’m wrong apparently because there is still so much hair and wax spots all over me. I have no idea what her name was, she was nice enough but I was still annoyed. Then I was informed that a Brazillian does not include the butt, and that she did not have time to perform this part. Leg usually also includes the feet which she did not complete either. I stared in the room for ages really angry because I’m going out, wanted to be smooth, paid 140+, no results. Thoughts?

1 /5 Niko Muzza: They want deposit, which is supposed to be 1/2 the full amount, $140, which is total $280, a few weeks prior too booking, then on day of booking, pay the extra 1/2 & more claims its not in the package, you have to wait a long time due to they have a time limit per client & payment over the phone & in person was very bad, bad communication & to get a full refund they dont want you to return, everything is at the head office. So they will not put the money back in your card or give you cash back. Go elsewhere, been getting waxed for 8 years different locations but never -$400, always $250, everything included, males & females, that do it, Bad communication i felt very uncomfortable, lessioning to the ladies chat in other rooms. I nearly lost conciousness everytime I go there, trying to not think of what there doing to me Bad communication meaning extras, like extra money. & claims they do face & head massage then they dont admit anything, I have proof of everything
