Mindi Bakopanos My engagement ring broke after only 10 years and lay in its box for another 13. I finally took it to Belmore Fine Jewellery where I got fantastic advice about what options I had. I decided to get it remade using the same design and existing diamonds rather than repairing. The result is absolutely fabulous and I cant stop admiring it. Jordan improved on the original design, matched the missing diamond and used platinum behind the setting so it sparkles brilliantly. Jordan is so lovely to deal with and I couldnt be happier. Im now thinking about getting an eternity ring made! Edit: I did get a matching eternity ring made and the 2 rings look fabulous together. Ive received a lot of compliments.

Ashleigh Boyce Purchased some leather chains from here and Duncan was quick to respond when I emailed a few days later to make sure the order was received on his end. One chain was too short and Duncan was incredibly helpful in purchasing a new one and returning the original.
