1 /5 Jenny Petinos: Appalling customer service! Two older ladies were chatting away about their personal lives in the back while customers wandered around unattended. When I asked for help, one of them made an annoyed sound, clearly bothered that she had to get up from her seat. I asked to see some gold chains and wanted more information, as I was planning to spend a significant amount of money. She hesitated to bring them out and it felt like I was being treated as if I were about to steal something. Apparently, thats the norm here. Safe to say I will never be stepping foot in this store again!

1 /5 Moo-H: Just received a call after waiting 4 weeks for a response on a faulty ring. Purchased in 2020 now with missing diamonds and snapped. Their solution........come pick up your ring no replacement, no solution just pure arrogance and blaming customers for low quality products. Also best to get stories right between staff. Very unprofessional.

I WAS JUST ASKED TO BUY A WATCH AND I HAD TO TAKE SOME PHOTOS OFCOURSE THEN THE LADY SAID THAT I WAS THERE FOR HOW MANY MINS ALREADY TAKING PHOTOS. that i should leave the store. she couldve said it the nice way and i was really going to buy one!!!!! i then bought later on but that lady didnt even say thank you! so rude.
