She took the time to explain the properties and background of Moldavite to us—even though we didn’t end up buying any, she made sure we left with a better understanding and appreciation for it. There was no pressure to purchase, just genuine care and a willingness to share her knowledge. Rob was equally amazing. You can tell he’s deeply passionate and dedicated to what he does. The love and energy he puts into the space is undeniable, and he made us feel completely welcome. His attention to detail and creative vision give the store a truly special atmosphere. This wasn’t just a shopping trip—it was an experience. We left feeling inspired, informed, and uplifted. If you’re in Melbourne and even remotely interested in crystals or energy work, Crystal Universe is a must-visit. Thank you, Victoria and Rob and team, for making our time there so memorable. On our first visit, Nicholas and Victoria went above and beyond by staying back past closing time to give us the space and time to explore without feeling rushed. Their patience and generosity didn’t go unnoticed, and it made such an impact that we ended up returning two more times within just two days. Each visit felt just as warm and welcoming as the first, and it was clear that their passion and care extended far beyond a typical retail experience.
