Our visit to Crystal Universe in Port Melbourne was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, the space felt calm, welcoming, and beautifully curated. The range of crystals and the care taken with the layout made it feel more like a gallery than a typical store.
What really made the experience stand out, though, was the people. Victoria was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She took the time to explain the properties and background of Moldavite to us—even though we didn’t end up buying any, she made sure we left with a better understanding and appreciation for it. There was no pressure to purchase, just genuine care and a willingness to share her knowledge.
Rob was equally amazing. You can tell he’s deeply passionate and dedicated to what he does. The love and energy he puts into the space is undeniable, and he made us feel completely welcome. His attention to detail and creative vision give the store a truly special atmosphere.
