1 /5 Merrie McCulloch: I wish I had a better review to write, after my family has used Minzenmays for decades for all of their jewellery. My family also owned a peninsula business and always raved about the wonderful service and how youre in safe hands. So not long ago I took my heirloom gold locket to Minzenmays as the chain it was on had become compromised. I was happy to pay for the reinforcements to the chain, but for some reason completely unbeknown to me the locket has been soldered completely shut and is now stuck closed. This locket is designed to open and has an opening which now no longer operates. It also has an inscription inside it that can no longer be read, from my husbands late grandmother. This is now no longer worthy as a family heirloom and Im devastated that I paid hundreds for this piece to be destroyed. I couldnt believe the experience I had compared to what Id been told.
