The vibes were just different and we gelled immediately. I felt very safe with them. They took the design inspiration and made it my own with the perfect gemstone that fit my exact (and ever so slightly picky) specifications. At the end of the day. 5 /5 Heather Macey-Simpson: My partner and I came in today just to have a look, after speaking briefly with Anne and showing her what my partner was looking for we had the most amazing experience out the back with Anne and Sandy. From custom designing this ring for my partner, the ‘arts and crafts’, and a good chat, our experience left us extremely happy. So much so that when we went to drop my ring off from another jeweller, a few stores down to have it cleaned and fixed, we came straight back after having a bad experience and things not being explained to us, we decided instead of fixing my ring we would go with a whole new one. Sandy and Anne were at work with the design of my partners ring when we came back and Sandy jumped straight to actions and we found the perfect ring, what we ended up calling “the Belle ring”. Once again we left satisfied, happy and over joyed with the experience and service. Thank you so much Anne and Sandy for your help today. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We can’t wait to come back!
