Regina taught him all about the different diamond characteristics and qualities and helped him choose a diamond within his budget. She wasn’t pushy at all and didn’t try to upsell him - she just wanted him to feel comfortable and confident with his choice! The ring was beautiful and absolutely perfect. We then went back to see Regina for our wedding bands. She was so patient with us, ensuring we got exactly what we wanted.
