Derk Dicke Hal Martin’s was nothing short of a perfect experience. To be honest, I never write reviews. But here I must say I was so impressed by the whole of my experience, from the Quality of luxury time pieces, to the beautiful variety of selection, and to the uniquely customized customer service experience and sales team expertise. The luxury watches sold here are truly first class and are essentially indistinguishable from brand new luxury watches—which cost (significantly) more than the pieces at Hal Martin’s. Moreover, the customer service is beyond phenomenal. This is a place where old school customer care is put upon the highest level of priority. The knowledge of the sales team is remarkable and most importantly, they’re extremely helpful in assisting customers in finding the perfect timepiece suited for their individual needs and styles. It is not always easy to select the perfect timepiece without expert assistance. So thank you again for helping me make the RIGHT choice! At last, I just wish to mention that I have been too many, many different luxury timepiece jewelers in the past—all high-end. But now after my experience here at Hal Martin’s I know for certain that this will be the only place where I will from now purchase any additional pieces ever again… I highly recommend Hal Martin’s for both first time buyers and longtime discerning collectors like me. Ben Prince I cannot recommend Mr K enough!!!!!! If you want someone who knows and loves his craft, and genuinely cares about his customers and them having a seamless engagement, this is your man. I went to 6 other jewellers before him, and wasn’t satisfied with the quotes or service, but Mr K took the time and outperformed them all. His communication and responsiveness was excellent, and he had a great turn around for producing the ring. Above all, my fiancée was over the moon and the ring was everything she could’ve wanted and more. Mr K is in the happiness business, and I know he will provide anyone who walks through his doors with the best service. I know he also makes a wide range of jewellery besides engagement rings, and sells amazing watches as well. He had all the necessary accreditations/certification for diamonds, jewellery and watches, and really knows his stuff. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.

Mikayla Vella Fabulous shop! We spent just shy of an hour in this incredible crystal wonderland. The attendants were respectful, helpful and very kind. Found some new interesting, handmade crystals and pieces I had never come across before, and well-loved favourites at reasonable prices. Highly recommended for crystal enthusiasts and first time explorers!

Joann Anderton Outstanding service! Had almost given up on getting a solid silver hand crafted necklace with 2 breaks repaired for my sons wedding. The necklace was assessed and examined on the spot. It was repaired and cleaned on the day for a very reasonable price. Im thrilled to bits that I will be able to wear it on my sons wedding day and am already planning to have other jewellery repaired here.

Nicole was extremely helpful and patient with me as she helped me make a decision about earrings . She made suggestions and she showed me a variety of options .
