1 /5 Maria Savage: If I could give 0 stars I would. S-kin Studio is a company I would strongly advise others not to spend their money on. I ordered the “Amour” necklace and it arrived with visible colour discrepancies and “soldering” tarnish. I emailed straight away with images to see if I could get a refund or replacement and was met with numerous emails that did not take any accountability for the misleading pictures on the website. The emails also seemed to read as though they had be AI-generated which was really frustrating. After asking three times if I could send the necklace back and obtain a refund with no success, I had to lodge a dispute with my card issuer to resolve the problem externally. For a “small business”, this company comes across as careless and they have little care or concern for the customer. If you want jewellery that will last and also arrive in a wearable state, AND is worth your money, do not buy from here. Extremely disappointing and misleading descriptions on their products.

3 /5 Gigi T: I received a necklace from here as a gift and absolutely love it — it hasn’t tarnished at all, even though I wear it in the shower daily. I recently treated myself to another piece, which was beautiful, but I needed to exchange it for a different size. Just a heads-up: the exchange process took quite a while (nearly two weeks from when I returned the original item), so factor that in if you’re on a tight timeline. Overall, I really like their jewellery — the pieces I’ve had so far are great quality and well made.

Also the quality is good and I’m sure thankful that they replaced a piece for me when it unexpectedly broke off. Highly recommend!

After just 4-5months of wear, heres what happened to my earrings: I woke up to find the gold had worn off and turned black. I tried cleaning them with water and a cloth, but nothing worked—the gold was completely gone. Don’t buy from this company. They lie, have poor values, and don’t honor their warranty policy. Support small businesses that truly care about their customers, not just profits.
