1 /5 PANKAJ SHARMA: I was not just amazed but deeply disappointed to witness such a pathetic level of service. I usually avoid writing bad reviews, but the owner of this business needs to take a serious look at the reviews and address what’s happening here. I own 12 retail stores across Victoria, including one in this shopping center, but I have never encountered such immature behavior from any employees. An employee named Tina (as she said her name was) behaved in a shockingly rude manner. When I pointed out how inappropriate her behavior was, her response was simply, “Whatever.” There is clearly something very wrong here, and I believe Tina urgently needs some help. I genuinely wish her well, but this kind of attitude is unacceptable. To make matters worse, other employee was laughing during our discussion. What a shameful display. Please provide your staff with proper training, or you’ll soon find yourselves laughing at the consequences. To the young girl working with Tina: I strongly urge you to run away from this toxic work environment. You have your whole future ahead of you, and staying in such a negative environment will leave you with traumatic experiences that may hold you back in life. You are too young to be subjected to this kind of negativity. This business lost an easy $500 sale today, as I had already decided to make a purchase, and now it has also earned a bad review. You can find your next favourite piece from here, potentially at a bargain! Ive bought a few rings and earrings here, and they have become some of my favourite pieces to wear out. Thank you to the kind and helpful staff also! They have help me find the right sizes for rings when Ive been unsure. Keep up the great work :)

1 /5 Carly S: Wow, 2 female employees gossiping loudly, barely could get pointed in the right direction for the body jewellery, absolutely no assistance and I was ready to buy as I had picked the item online. 9.35am 11 October 2024. Recommend you shop online as this was a total waste of my time

1 /5 Ambili Manoj: I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred on Thursday, March 6th at 4:45 PM. I observed that the two employees at the counter were not fully engaged in serving customers—one was chatting with someone while the other was behind the counter. When I asked one of them if she was busy, she responded rudely, saying, “Can’t you see I’m serving someone?” This response struck me as inappropriate for a customer service environment. A more suitable reply would have been to ask me to wait and assure me that I would be served next.I respectfully suggest that management review the staffing arrangement or speak with the employee involved to help prevent similar incidents in the future.
