It started with an initial consult with my partner earlier in the year. Anya was so knowledgeable and patient with me trying on so many samples. She really listened and cared about what I wanted in a ring. She also showed us a variety of natural and lab diamonds as I was undecided. The service, level of detail, and quality of their rings was beyond all the other jewellers we visited, and we even got champagne! I knew I could leave my partner in good hands to continue the process. A couple months later and an inspiration video of my ideal ring was turned into reality. 5 /5 Stefan Vadamootoo: We were wrapping up a year living in Italy, and I was having a tough time finding the right engagement ring for my partner. I knew she didn’t want a diamond or anything traditional, but beyond that, I didn’t have much to go on. And trying to find one while travelling was proving difficult. I got in touch with one of her friends who’d had a great experience with Nicholas and his team. Even though we weren’t planning to be back in Sydney for a while, and I really wanted to propose before then, Nick was completely on board. He offered a fully bespoke design and to send it over to Europe. If she didn’t love it, we’d start fresh when we got back, with her involved. He wasn’t just confident, he was happy to take on all the risk, offering to "run the gauntlet with me". That approach made a huge difference. It was the perfect outcome. Nick bridged the gap between my loose ideas and lack of clear direction with precise feedback and thoughtful guidance. I felt confident in the outcome the whole way through. After a bunch of secret design chats, the ring arrived in London. She said yes. She loved it. But she did have a few ideas to make it more her. Once we got back to Sydney, Nick welcomed her into the process. He kept us in the loop as he sifted through dozens of new stone options, not stopping until he found a few he was genuinely happy with. In the meantime, she could still wear the original ring, which meant no pause in the magic while we refined the details together. Nick and his team made everything easy. He listened, offered expert advice, and turned what could have been a stressful experience into something genuinely fun and memorable. In the end, we’ve got a ring that’s completely unique and a great story. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks again Nick and team.
