5 /5 Scott La Rocca: Steve was so incredibly helpful and considerate in delicately cutting through a stainless steel ring stubbornly stuck on my finger. He patiently and diligently chipped away at it with a succession of no fewer than six tools, including ring cutters, pliers (one of which did not survive) and a circular saw before prying the ring open. Where others refused to help, Steve did not shy away, yet refused to take any payment for his time and talent.
