I didn’t really care about the price as the wonderful woman who served me could have sold me anything. She grabbed my attention and offered her assistance within seconds of me walking into the store. We chatted and joked, she gave me her opinion and I was sold. Such a pleasant experience.

Miki has looked after my exquisite rings for 7 years and each time I pop in, she has a smile and always remembers who I am. She has been very supportive and understanding of any issue/unforeseen repair. Highly recommend.
