1 /5 Local advisor: Our experience at the store was quite disappointing. I believe the person in question was the manager, and her behaviour towards her staff was very unprofessional. She raised her voice at a team member in front of customers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, while another staff member was assisting me with a watch, she abruptly interrupted the interaction. Due to this behaviour, we chose to leave the store. I hope this feedback helps in addressing the matter

When I walked in I was greeted with the most genuine customer care I’ve experienced for a long time. Corrina helped me narrow down what exactly I wanted and pulled the ideas out of my head. She actually wanted to help me and it’s more than I can say for other stores that were just chasing my sale. Outstanding service from Corrina, will definitely be back!
