Excited that they had a pair in my size I asked if they would hold them for me as I was unable to visit the shop for a few days. Alyce was so gorgeous over the phone.. she suggested that she could send them out to me that afternoon. They arrived the next day beautifully packaged and perfect !! Thank you Alyce, not only do you have fabulous range of fashion your personal service is so refreshing!!

I ordered a dress from Alyzz K just before Christmas and Alyce was lovely enough to upgrade me to express shipping for free so it would arrive in time to wear on Christmas Day! There was even a beautiful handwritten note in with my dress. Thank you Alyce for your 10/10 service!
